About my collections

I have quite a diverse film collection, with genres ranging from romantic comedies to gritty crime noirs to animated films to independent dramas to fantasies to blockbuster action films to black comedies. You are bound to find SOMETHING that suits your interests in my film library (even though it's rather tiny compared to legitimate film collectors). It doesn't take much for me to be impressed by a film; I simply enjoy good stories with fantastic characters. That's it. : )

I can say the same thing about my music collection, although I don't buy as much music as I do movies. I have an affinity for indie rock bands, but I enjoy listening to pop, country (I'm very selective when it comes to country), hip-hop, folk, R&B and electronica.

The pickings get even slimmer when it comes to books. There is rarely a time when I'm a) not watching a movie or b) listening/dancing to music or c) working on homework or d) living my life so reading is not a high priority. HOWEVER, when I do read, I enjoy a good story that is not some 15th crime novel in a series. I'm not a fan of "series" (except the Hunger Games and Harry Potter!)
